LCCDC provides rental properties in Lincoln County, Nebraska. To be eligible, applicants must meet the income guidelines, have a 620 credit score*, complete a rental application, and meet with the landlord. The available properties consist of two-, and three-bedroom rentals. A damage deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. A one-year lease is required.
